Governance

Bethel Lutheran Foundation is rooted in Christian concept of caring, which is grounded in the teachings of Jesus Christ and emphasizes a selfless commitment to other’s needs.

“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.”
– Philippians 2:3 ESV

We are dedicated to providing the resources necessary to support Bethel Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in it’s mission of Christian ministry — ministering to the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of each person — recognizing each individual as a child of God and ministering to them in the name of Christ.

Board of Directors

Founded in 1985, Bethel Lutheran Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes as permitted under Sections 170(c)(2) and 501(c)(3) of the IRS code of 1954. It is governed by a local six member Board of Directors. Three Board Members are elected at the Annual Meeting held in September; the other two Board Members are appointed to the Foundation Board by the Bethel Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Board of Directors, and the BLNRC Administrator is an Ex Officio Director. The Foundation Board Members serve a three-year term and have the option to run for a second three-year term.  Below are the current Board of Directors.
